Reese-Barracks Augsburg

The landscape architecture office Lohaus + Carl from Hannover instructed us to do the detailplanning for their project “Motion Landscape” made out of concrete.

A free formed and free modeled concretelandscape arised on a total area of approximately 1600 m².

The overall project was awarded the German Landscape Architecture Prize 2021 by the Association of German Landscape Architects (BDLA).

The shape is inspired by a world-famous skate spot, the Sadland in Anaheim / California, which was torn down in 1998.
